Welcome to my first blog post! First, let me introduce myself.
I am a mom to two wonderful boys or young men now, since one is 21 and the other 18. I am also a therapist who has been working with children with autism for the past 24 years.
When my oldest son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3, I turned to an incredible play based therapy program, as well as nutrition and alternative medicines to help him fully recover! And I happy and grateful to tell you that he is now a typical 21 year old college student.
It was through this experience with him along with the hundreds of children I have worked with over the years that I have learned how powerful changes in our diets and everyday routines can have on our health and well being.
I have educated myself on nutrition and alternative/natural medicines to help heal my son, and to heal myself, after I was diagnosed with a rare auto immune disorder that attacked my pancreas.
I have continued that commitment with the products that I offer here at Wellnessed. All of our products are thoroughly researched and we only offer all natural non toxic products that also harness the power of therapeutic grade essential oils.
